摘要: 致密油气藏压裂用抑制水锁型耐高温压裂液, 是针对常规水基压裂液体系在致密油气藏压裂时易产生水 锁伤害, 致使压裂后不能增产的难题研发的。采用水锁抑制剂与水溶性阳离子复合后, 减小了压裂液在储层孔隙中的 毛管阻力, 有效地解决了低渗透或致密油气藏压裂时水基压裂液易发生水锁的问题。同时通过采用多头交联的有机硼 交联剂, 使压裂液可交联成复杂体型凝胶, 从而大幅增加凝胶的强度和耐温抗剪切性能。现场应用结果证明本产品在 低渗透或致密油、气藏压裂, 可大幅提高增产效果, 经济效益显著。

Abstract: A high temperature resistant fracturing specially designed for tight reservoirs to control water locking is focused on settlement of the bottleneck that conventional water-based fracturing fluid system, which easily causes water-locking damage in fracturing of tight oil and gas reservoirs, making higher production impossible after fracturing operation. Water-locking inhibitor and water soluble cationic are combined to reduce the capillary resistance of fracturing fluid in the pores of reservoir and effective solve the problem of water locking easily caused by water-based fracturing fluid at the time of fracturing the low-permeability and tight oil and gas reservoirs. Meanwhile, the multiheaded crosslinked organic boron crosslinking agent is used to make the fracturing fluid crosslinked into a complicatedly-structured gel, significantly improving strength, temperature and anti-shearing capacity of the gel. The results of field application indicated that this product can substantially raise production and economic performance in fracturing of low-permeability and tight oil and gas reservoirs.
